Shipping and Delivery Policy


1. Order Processing

  • We process and dispatch orders Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM IST (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST will usually ship the same day; orders placed after 2 PM IST will ship the next business day.

2. Shipping Zones & Rates
We deliver nationwide across India. All rates below are flat rates, regardless of weight or item count:

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: ₹150 per order

  • Free Shipping: On orders of ₹1,000 or more (subtotal before taxes & discounts)

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Zone Delivery Time (from dispatch)
Within Bangalore city 1–2 business days
Rest of Karnataka 2–4 business days
Other Indian states 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to your shipment’s status. You can also log into your account at any time to view the latest tracking details.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the carrier is unable to deliver (e.g. no one home), they may attempt again or leave a pickup notice.

  • Please follow the carrier’s instructions on the notice to arrange redelivery or pickup.

  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to confirm your address and arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We’re working to enable international delivery—stay tuned!
